Position Summary

The Radiologic Technologist supports cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures in Denville, NJ. The technologist assists with cath procedures and PCIs, scrubs interventional radiology procedures, and operates the C-arm while maintaining fluoroscopy and radiation safety standards. Cath lab experience is required. This is a traveler assignment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in cardiac catheterization procedures and PCIs, including insertion of Impella and balloon pump devices
• Scrub interventional radiology procedures, including nephrostomy tube, PICC, Permacath, and pacemaker insertion, and cerebral thrombectomy
• Operate the C-arm and perform routine lead maintenance

Qualifications

• New Jersey radiologic technologist license; ARRT required (NJ ARRT license prioritized)
• Fluoroscopy certification required
• Proficiency with C-arm operation and routine lead maintenance
• Skills consistent with RCIS
• Cath lab experience required
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience required

Shift Details

• 6:30am - 5:00pm (Days)
• Four days per week; minimum 9 shifts per month
• On-call required; must respond within 30 minutes of a page
• 24-hour call coverage on Saturday and Sunday
