Sable Corporation is a staffing agency. We provide temporary, temp-to-hire and direct-hire staff to warehouses, production operations and healthcare providers. On temporary and temp-to-hire assignments the workers are Sable employees, and Sable handles their recruiting, onboarding, payroll and workers’ compensation coverage; direct hires are your employees from the first day. We work in English and Spanish.
Services
- Temporary and contract staffing
- Staff for coverage, peak periods, projects and open positions while you hire. Workers are Sable employees for the assignment; you direct the work on site and approve hours, and Sable bills the approved hours at the agreed rate.
- Temp-to-hire
- The worker starts as a Sable employee for an agreed period, and you hire them onto your payroll on the terms in your agreement if it is a fit.
- Direct hire
- Sable recruits and screens candidates; you interview and hire the person as your own employee from the first day, for a placement fee.
Roles include warehouse and distribution, production and packing, food processing, forklift and material handling, nursing and allied health (CNA, LVN, RN and technicians), caregivers and home health aides, and non-clinical facility support. Licenses, certifications and background checks are verified to the requirements of the role and the facility before a start date.

- Recruiting and screening
- Sourcing, interviews, work-eligibility and role-specific checks against the job description, shift, pay range and requirements agreed with you.
- Onboarding
- Employment paperwork, required notices and pay setup, coordinated with your site orientation and safety rules.
- Payroll
- Sable is the employer of record: wages, payroll taxes and W-2s. You receive one invoice for approved hours.
- Workers’ compensation coverage and claims coordination
- Sable carries workers’ compensation coverage for its employees. If an injury occurs at your site, you notify us; Sable coordinates the claim and keeps you informed.
- Account support
- One account contact for headcount changes, replacements, timesheet and invoice questions, and performance concerns.
Your part
Clients supervise and direct the work on site, provide a safe worksite with the site-specific training and equipment the work requires, approve hours on time, and let us know promptly about incidents, changes in a role, or concerns about a worker. The staffing agreement sets out how responsibilities are shared. Sable does not provide legal advice.
