Overview
Sable Invoice Engine is an internal software application built and owned by Intela Healthcare LLC, doing business as Sable Corporation ("Sable," "we," "us"). It is not a commercial product and is not sold, licensed, or offered to customers or the public. It exists solely to automate and standardize Sable Corporation’s own internal accounting workflows in QuickBooks Online — including standardizing the chart of accounts, creating invoices, and supporting related bookkeeping tasks.
Who May Use This Application
Sable Invoice Engine is used exclusively by authorized personnel of Sable Corporation — employees and contractors granted access as part of their accounting or finance responsibilities. It is not intended for job applicants, clients, vendors, or members of the general public, and no public account registration is offered.
Information the Application Accesses
To perform its accounting functions, Sable Invoice Engine connects to Sable Corporation’s own QuickBooks Online company file through Intuit’s official API, using credentials authorized by Sable Corporation. It accesses only the accounting data necessary to complete the tasks it was built for — such as chart-of-accounts records, invoices, and related transaction data — solely to automate and standardize those internal accounting operations.
How Information Is Used
Data accessed through QuickBooks Online is used only to carry out the specific accounting operations the application performs on Sable Corporation’s behalf, such as creating invoices and keeping the chart of accounts consistent. It is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to Sable Corporation’s own internal accounting operations.
Data Sharing
Sable Corporation does not sell data accessed or generated by Sable Invoice Engine. Data is not shared with third parties except (a) with Intuit, as necessary to operate the QuickBooks Online integration itself, or (b) where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Credential Security and Access Controls
Credentials and authorization tokens used to connect Sable Invoice Engine to QuickBooks Online are stored securely and are not exposed publicly. Access to the application and to the QuickBooks Online connection is restricted to authorized Sable Corporation personnel on a need-to-know basis.
Not Intended for Public Use
Sable Invoice Engine is an internal operational tool. It is not marketed, licensed, or distributed to the public, is not a consumer product, and does not knowingly collect information from the general public or from children. Because it is not a public-facing service, this policy does not include consumer data-rights procedures applicable to public-facing products.
Changes to This Policy
Sable Corporation may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to Sable Invoice Engine or applicable requirements. The date below reflects the most recent update.
