RMIL - RN Telemetry (Ortho Neuro) - Per Diem

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Registered Nurse to join a dynamic 30-bed Telemetry-Ortho-Neuro unit in Illinois. This is a Per Diem position with both day and night shifts available. Flexibility is critical—no block scheduling or guaranteed days off.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care on a telemetry/orthopedic/neurology floor

• Manage patient loads of 1:5 to 1:6 ratios

• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Monitor and interpret EKGs and respond to changes in patient condition

• Deliver exceptional customer service and demonstrate a caring, professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Active RN license in the state of Illinois

• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (must have)

• Proficient in EKG interpretation

• EPIC EMR experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible, non-fixed schedules
