  • Third Shift / Night Shift 
  • Monday to FrIday
  • 11pm to 7am 
Sable Corporation is Hiring a Line Maintenance Mechanic for a Bottling company in the city of Buena Park, CA and looking for someone that can Perform inspection, troubleshoot and repair operation equipment’s using safe and cost effective maintenance procedures.   JOB DUTIES:
  • Perform set-up, adjustment and timing of production equipment. Equipment to include but not limited to bottle and can fillers, cappers, case packers, case former, labelers, palletizers, conveyors, pumps, automated valves and motors. Troubleshoot defective equipment and make repairs. 
  • Check operation of machinery after repair to assure proper performance. 
  • Perform preventative maintenance inspections and compete work order assignments.
  • Record information as a result of Preventative Maintenance inspections or work order assignments.
  • Overhaul and rebuild equipment and component assemblies to established specifications, using skills such as welding, hydraulics, pneumatic, electronic and machine shop knowledge.
  • Ability to perform maintenance welding and soldering in the repair of parts.
  • Ability to fabricate, balance machinery and perform minor machine design change.
  • Ability to read and work from equipment manuals.
  • Other Duties may be assigned as needed
SKILLS/QUALIFICATION:
  • Minimum of 5 years as a mechanic or electrician in an Industrial environment, or a combination of education and experience equal to the above.
  • Must have experience in hand and shop tools such as drill press and hydraulic press.
  • Capable of welding with stick, T.I.G. and gas (oxyacetylene).
  • Use of milling machine, lathe, electrronic and instrument test equipment, alignment equipment and micrometer required.
