About this role
Responsibilities:
· Work with associate pit operators to ensure inbound product is staged properly and in a timely manner
· Delegate specific tasks to optimize dept functions
· Consolidate product to maximize building storage capabilities
· Identify possible product damage when product is stored in location
· Ensure inbound product is moved in a timely manner with attention to Inventory accuracy
· Help unload containers when necessary
· Conduct occasional cycle counts
· Working with management team to identify any issues in the dept and provide viable solutions
Knowledge and skills:
· Hold a valid forklift licence is preferred.
· 2+ Experience within FMCG/Big Box Retailers
· The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
· Excellent organisational and time management skills.
· Ability to contribute to a positive culture and have mutual respect within a dynamic team.
· Take initiative to identify and anticipate business needs and make recommendations for implementation.
· RF scanner experience
· Available to work OT when required
· Bi-lingual English, Spanish preferred
