Position Summary The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist performs diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The technologist operates fluoroscopic and radiographic equipment, assists the physician during catheterization and interventional procedures, and monitors patients throughout the procedure. This role requires interventional radiology or cath lab experience and strict adherence to radiation safety and sterile technique.   Key Responsibilities - Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging equipment during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures. - Assist the physician with catheter placement, contrast administration, and procedural equipment. - Monitor patient status and hemodynamics throughout the procedure and respond to changes in condition. - Prepare the procedure room, sterile field, supplies, and imaging equipment. - Apply radiation safety practices for patients, staff, and self. - Document procedures, images, and interventions accurately in the medical record. - Maintain equipment readiness and support room turnover between cases. - Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety, and departmental standards.   Qualifications - Current California Radiologic Technologist certification - required. - Fluoroscopy permit - required. - ARRT certification - required. - ACLS - required. - BLS - required. - Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology experience - required. - Minimum 2 years recent experience.   Shift Details - Day shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. - 5x8s, 40 hours per week guaranteed. - Assignment dates: 08/17/2026 - 02/14/2027 (26 weeks). - Chino, California.
